we have found that sometimes changes in Windows operating system may cause license verification to stop working.
You have to follow these steps to delete preferences of WSClient++ and reactivate the software as mentioned below.
- Close your WSClient++
- Go to Windows Explorer
- Click on address bar, type %appdata%
- You will then see com.neurospeech.wsclient.* folders
- Delete all com.neurospeech.wsclient.* folders
- Restart your WSClient++ and reactivate it.
If you still face the problem, then please contact us at wsclient@neurospeech.com, we will have to reset your license in case if it still fails to activate it.
